Luxurious Excess

"Darling, darling
Oh turn the lights back on now.
  Watching, watching
As the credits all roll down.
  Crying, crying
You know we're playing to a full house, house.
No heroes, villains ones to blame.
While wilted roses fill the stage,
And the thrill, the thrill is gone.

  Our debut was a masterpiece,
But in the end for you and me,
Oh the show, it can't go on." -- Stole the Show, Parson James

**Styling Note: I could go on and on about this post. From the location to the look, it is easily in my personal top five. One of the things I really like was how the ensemble lengthened and slimmed my figure without being restrictive. A high waisted pleated skirt paired with the vertical lines on a tuxedo style blouse came together to create a longer silhouette. (Of course, sky high heeled booties helped!) Although the hem is definitely not practical for walking around the office, the longer length added a dramatic flair.
